Dizziness, Vertigo or Loss of Balance:
Dizziness or loss of balance is one of the most common complaints by patients, and acute or chronic cases may indicate serious health risks or limits a person’s daily activities.

How do I know if I have vertigo or I need help ?

Other symptoms that may accompany vertigo include:

- Abnormal or jerking eye movements (nystagmus)

Preparation for Dizziness assessment :
We require 2 hours of your time, no eye make-up and you will need to be 24 hours off vertigo medication such as betaserc, cinnarizin or stemetil and alcohol.
Preferably accompanied by a family member or a friend.
Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) is an exercise-based program designed to promote the brain to learn to compensate for the inner ear dysfunction.
In most cases of vertigo, patients are able to compensate with the vertigo attack by themselves however, there are some cases that you need assistance to speed up compensation of rehabilitate to get their balance back.
