Webinar FAQ

Just click the registration link on the webinar page. As soon as your registration is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to access the webinar. On the day of the webinar, click the link (about 10 minutes before the scheduled start time is recommended) and you will see the welcome screen for the webinar.

All you need is a computer with an Internet connection (high speed service such as DSL or cable works best) or smart phone with a strong Wi-Fi connection, and speakers. You may also use a headset instead of speakers or you may listen to the audio by calling the phone number that is included in your confirmation email.

Please check your promotion/junk/spam mail. If you still have not received the email confirmation, try again and then contact us.

You will be sent the webinar invite one hour prior to the start time of webinar through email.

Yes, absolutely! When you have a question, just type your question in the chat.

Handouts will be on the course page one hour after to the event.

At the moment, there is no CPE points for the webinar.

We provide certificates for all our paid webinars and send them through emails once you’ve completed the surveys.

There will be a Survey available after each session. Appreciate if you can complete the surveys within two hours of completing the webinar and then only you will received your certificate.

We will have a recorded version of certain live webinar and we will either host another session to replay the webinar, without the attendance of the speaker OR will allow access to the webinar through learn.irichment.com.
